The Association of Millwrighting Contractors of Ontario (AMCO) is an Employer Bargaining Agency and member based Association representing unionized millwrighting contractors across the province.
AMCO is committed to advancing the collective interests of its members by providing leadership in labour relations, collective bargaining, and industry advocacy. The Association also delivers timely, relevant industry information to support informed decision‑making and operational excellence.
Purpose
AMCO’s primary mandate is to negotiate and administer the Provincial ICI Collective Agreement with the Millwright Union. The Association provides specialized labour relations guidance related to the Millwrights Collective Agreement and serves as a comprehensive resource for its members, offering support, expertise, and representation on matters affecting the unionized millwrighting sector.
